Refund policy

Paid account

If you do not cancel your subscription, you will be charged the agreed fee each month until you cancel your subscription.
Renewal and Cancellation
Your payment will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel before the end of the subscription period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page in the software. Cancellation will be effective the day after the end of the current subscription period and you will be downgraded to the free version of the service. No refunds or credits are available for partial subscription periods.
Ordering Fees
In exchange for the services provided, you must pay the non-refundable subscription fees specified in the subscription plan. Payments may be processed through a third-party payment processing service and additional terms may apply. We reserve the right to use other third-party payment processing services in the future. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable, non-cancelable and exclude taxes.
Probation
VideoFaceSwap may offer a free trial period for evaluation before charging a subscription fee. However, VideoFaceSwap and its affiliates provide no warranties, indemnities, support or other obligations or liabilities during the trial period. VideoFaceSwap reserves the right to terminate the trial period at any time and for any reason.
Third party services
