If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, card issuer, Alipay, Stripe, Telegram payment channel, or any other payment provider without contacting us first:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately
  • We may remove access to paid services and remaining credits associated with the disputed transaction
  • We reserve the right to provide transaction records, usage logs, account activity, and related evidence to contest the dispute where appropriate
